This simple web page is called a hallway page. Hallway pages are very effective at getting many of your doorway pages indexed without actually submitting your doorway pages to the major search engines. Here's how it works... After you've created your hallway page you submit it to the major search engines. Eventually the search engine spiders will visit your hallway page for indexing and examination. As they spider your hallway page they will in turn follow all your doorway page urls or links through to their destination thereby indexing the doorway pages that have not yet been indexed in the search engines.
A hallway page containing your doorway pages as links is a very effective way of getting maximum indexing for all your doorway pages. As your hallway page gets indexed in the search engines, people will of course click on several of your doorway page links and even proceed through to your site... so a hallway page can be almost as effective as a doorway page.
This is a great place to start placing some links to your doorway pages... Instead of using the complete url, I find that it's always better to use the "a href" tag so that the doorway page link is also one of your keywords or keyword phrases. Your doorway page links should like like this:

Just remember, a hallway page is not really built to be a doorway page rather, it is designed to contain every one of your doorway page urls so when the search engines spider and index it, they will in turn spider and index all your doorway pages as well. Having the search engines index your doorway pages in this fashion will have a dramatic effect on the traffic you're trying to obtain for your web site or affiliate program. This is a great addition to your web site promotion. Remember, you'll still need to keep submitting your doorway pages just in case the search engine spiders don't index your hallway page in a timely fashion.
